PE twine

PE twine is a rope made of polyethylene as the raw material. This type of rope has many advantages, such as good corrosion resistance. Because polyethylene itself has stable chemical properties, it can resist corrosion and have a longer service life when exposed to certain chemicals or under different climatic conditions.

It also has a certain degree of flexibility and can be easily used for binding, fixing, and other operations. Compared to natural fiber ropes such as hemp ropes, polyethylene ropes have better wear resistance. The fiber structure of hemp rope is relatively loose, and during friction, the fibers are prone to breakage and detachment. Polyethylene rope, due to its uniform material and tight molecular structure, has much less wear under the same friction conditions. For example, for outdoor swing ropes, if they are hemp ropes, the surface fibers may become fuzzy and severely worn after a period of use, while polyethylene ropes can maintain a relatively smooth surface and have a longer service life.
